Gorgon Train 2 resumed LNG production this week, and the plant is expected to be at full capacity with the further 2 trains in operation.
Petronas’s Seri Camellia loaded at PFLNG 1 on 25-March and is now discharging at Dabhol.
Argentina’s tender delivery season appears to be under way, with five cargoes currently en route to Argentinian terminals:
- Gas Natural’s Catalunya Spirit, ETA 22-April
- Trafigura’s Golar Penguin, ETA 3-May
- Trafigura’s Golar Ice, ETA 10-May
Diversions of the Week
Shell’s Methane Julia Louise loaded at Sabine Pass on 5-April and was expected at Sines on 17-April. The vessel diverted and is now signalling for the Port Said with no clear destination.
Shell’s Methane Nile Eagle was heading toward Gibraltar with her Sabine Pass cargo, but she diverted on 14-April and is now expected at Altamira, ETA 20-April:
Vitol’s Wilforce loaded at Bethioua on 9-April and is currently signalling for Rayong MTP, ETA 1-May.
Gas Natural’s Ribera Del Duero Knutsen is delivering her Sabine Pass cargo to Mejillones, ETA 26-April. This is the second cargo delivered there from Sabine Pass.
Shell’s Methane Princess is making her laden voyage from Peru LNG to Manzanillo, ETA 19-April. This is the first cargo delivered there from Peru since October 2016.
Vitol’s Kita LNG loaded at Bonny on 3-April and is currently making laden voyage toward the Persian Gulf, with potential destinations in UAE and Kuwait.
Cubal loaded a tender cargo at Soyo on 16-April and is headed toward the Indian Ocean with no clear destination.
Engie’s Bw Gdf Suez Brussels is currently floating off of Malta since 10-April with her Snohvit-sourced cargo. Her next destination is not yet clear.
