Market Highlights

The scheduled maintenance at Snohvit from 12-May until 18-June is resulting in reallocations of the fleet with Arctic Lady loading at Bethioua on 4-May and Statoil’s Arctic Discoverer loading at Sabine Pass on 20-May. Arctic Discoverer lifting will be a potential cargo for PGNiG, arriving in the first half of June.

The second ship-to-ship is about to take place at Subic Bay, Philippines between Gas Natural’s Polar Spirit and Jovo’s Seri Bakti. The first partial cargo was delivered to Jovo on board Polar Spirit on 8-May.

Shell’s Gaslog Geneva arrived today at Delimara to discharge her Idku-sourced cargo. Also, Engie’s Gdf Suez Cape Ann loaded at Idku on 21-April and is about to deliver to MAAGP, ETA 11-May. Currently, the terminal is expecting one vessel to arrive for loading: Engie’s Provalys, ETA 18-May.

Interesting Moves 

Total’s Meridian Spirit loaded at Snohvit on 7-May and is now expected to discharge at Dunkerque on 13-May.

Al Karaana loaded at Ras Laffan on 27-April and according to Kpler analysts, she is delivering to Gate on 15-May.

Mesaimeer is discharging her Ras Laffan-sourced cargo at Swinoujscie on 21-May, according to the Port Authorities.

Rasgas’ Ejnan is delivering her tender cargo from Ras Laffan to OLT Toscana, ETA 14-May. There are two other cargoes expected to be discharged there in May.

Cheniere’s Creole Spirit delivered her Sabine Pass cargo to Sakai on 9-May. There’s another Sabine Pass cargo expected in Japan at Futtsu onboard Jera’s Maria Energy, ETA 14-May.

Shell’s Methane Rita Andrea loaded her tender cargo at Peru LNG on 25-April and is now headed toward Aqaba, ETA 30-May.

Vitol’s Wilpride loaded at Bethioua on 23-April and is currently making her laden voyage toward Gwangyang, ETA 19-May. Also, Vitol’s Cool Explorer loaded at Bethioua on 8-May and is now signalling for the Suez Canal with no clear destination.

Bw Pavilion Vanda loaded at APLNG on 25-April and is now making her laden voyage toward Dahej, ETA 14-May.

Gas Natural’s Torben Spirit loaded her maiden cargo at Sabine Pass on 4-May and is about to cross the Panama Canal with no clear destination.

Aman Bintulu has been renamed to Lucia Ambition. The vessel is about to load a cargo at Bintulu – it is the first activity since 2014.
